Orders, Accounts & Subscriptions

Orders will be dispatched within 1–2 business days. All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48-hour service.

You’ll receive an email with a shipping confirmation and tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. Use this tracking number to follow your parcel’s progress on Royal Mail’s tracking website.

Click on “My Account” in the main menu bar and then select “Register”. Fill in your name, email, shipping address, and choose a password. Once confirmed, your account is set up, and you can log in to view past orders and manage your subscriptions.

We process payments securely at checkout through our payment providers. We do not store your full credit card details—only the necessary encrypted payment token, in line with industry-standard security and our privacy policy.

If you have a subscription, you can manage it directly from your customer account, including:

  • Updating delivery details

  • Changing payment information

  • Pausing or cancelling your subscription

If you are unable to access your account, please contact customer service.

All prices on our website include VAT, so you will not pay any extra tax on delivery. If you believe VAT should not apply to your destination, please contact us as soon as possible after purchase.

You may request a change or cancellation immediately after placing your order. If the order has not shipped, we’ll do our best to help. Once dispatched, changes cannot be made—you may return the items once delivered in line with our returns policy.

We do not offer a pre-order service. However, if an item is out of stock, you can enter your email address on the product page to be notified as soon as it becomes available again.

Shipping & Returns

If you’re not happy with your purchase, please contact Customer Service within 14 days of delivery to discuss a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, in a resalable condition, and returned at your own expense. We recommend using a recorded delivery service, as refunds can only be issued once we have received the returned product(s).

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 14 days of receipt with your order number and clear photos of the damage and packaging. We will investigate and arrange a refund or replacement as quickly as possible.

Once you’ve contacted us and received return authorisation, we’ll provide you with the return address and full instructions.

If you realise your shipping address is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can update it for you. Unfortunately, once shipped, we cannot redirect parcels and cannot guarantee redelivery.
