Orders, Accounts & Subscriptions

Orders will be dispatched within 1–2 business days. All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48-hour service.

You’ll receive an email with a shipping confirmation and tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. Use this tracking number to follow your parcel’s progress on Royal Mail’s tracking website..

You may request a change or cancellation immediately after placing your order. If the order has not shipped, we’ll do our best to help. Once dispatched, changes cannot be made—you may return the items once delivered in line with our returns policy.

You can create a customer account using the email address you used for your order.

An account allows you to view order history, manage your details and, where applicable, manage subscriptions.

You can update your address, email or other personal details by logging into your customer account.

If you need assistance, our customer service team is happy to help.

If you have a subscription, you can manage it directly from your customer account, including:

  • Updating delivery details

  • Changing payment information

  • Pausing or cancelling your subscription
