Subscription terms

The subscription
At Newnordic.co.uk, you can create a subscription by selecting “subscribe to save” within the product page. You will then be able to choose which interval you want the product delivered, and then add to cart to enter your billing and payment details for your first subscription shipment. New Nordic then continue to send the products to you at the chosen interval until the subscription is cancelled or changed. When you create a subscription for one or more products, you can see on your order confirmation that the product(s) have been created on a subscription basis. You must be 18 years of age to create a subscription.

Subscription discount and pricing
As a subscriber, you get a fixed 20% discount on the normal price of the products you choose to subscribe to. You cannot mix subscriptions with other discounts or “free gift” promotions on our website.

Changes to the Subscription Terms
New Nordic has the right to change these subscription conditions. Significant changes will be notified with at least one month’s notice. You can find the current version of New Nordic’s subscription terms here at newnordic.co.uk at any time. When contacting New Nordic’s customer service, we will be happy to send the applicable subscription conditions by email.

Changes to your information or termination
Should you have changes to your subscription, e.g. address changes, changes to the interval, card updates, or to cancel your subscription, you can do so by logging into your customer account at any time or contacting customer service at info@newnordic.co.uk or calling 0800 389 1255. There is no binding commitment or minimum purchase when you create products on a subscription, and you can cancel at any time with 48 hours’ notice before the next subscription delivery.

Subscription delivery
Our standard delivery terms also apply to subscriptions. These can be viewed within our terms & conditions. We only deliver within the UK, and shipping is always free. If you have several products on subscription, they are delivered using the same method to the same address.

Payment of subscription
To create one or more products on a subscription, payment via credit or debit card is required. When you create one or more products on a subscription basis, you accept that New Nordic may automatically and continuously withdraw money from the payment card you have linked to the subscription. The money is deducted every time New Nordic sends the subscription product(s) to you.

Processing of personal data regarding subscription
In order for you to enter into a subscription agreement with New Nordic, we need the following information:
• Name
• Address
• Phone number
• Email address
• Information about your purchases
• Card information

We process your personal data for the purpose of being able to deliver the goods to you, and to be able to process inquiries regarding your subscription.
